What is therapy?


Therapy is a space of dedicated time for you.


Psychotherapy is a tool people can use to improve their overall wellbeing. Therapy can be used to work through a specific event or challenge, navigate life's everyday obstacles, or use as a space to vent out frustrations.


As a psychotherapist, it is not my job to tell you what to do or say. The role of a therapist is to give you the tools and perspective to help you make the more informed decision on what you want next.

Just a Little Step LLC uses a person centered, antiracism lens. We focus on intersectionality, and a person's environment along with one's on view on themselves. We identify as BIPOC, and are proud allies of the LGBTQQIA+ community, BLM, and feminism.
